Tried to get an alignment done today at a local shop. The guy doing it is/was a 5 star dodge tech, and he agreed to set it to MY specs.

Went to adjust the caster, and pop... the nut & bolt broke off.

Ordered two new bolts/nuts & cams... ... this ought to be fun getting the old ones out without destroying the bushings.

Any suggestions ???

or ideas on where I can get new bushings if need be ?

There should be no reason for the bushings to be affected by the bolt failure. Greg Boardman posted about replacing the bushings and the odd size Dodge uses. There are after-market arms availible out there. Mike

Well, I am not sure if the bushings have a sleeve in them that the bolt is rusted to or not. If it does new bushings may be needed, and the dodge dealer says they are hard to come by.

If these pickup LCA's are like the ones on my Jeep XJ, it'll be cheaper (and far easier) to just replace the entire arm as opposed to just the bushings. .

Well, I ordered the control arms today. 88 each. They do not sell bushings for the 3500, only 1500& 2500 (dodge that is).
