I have a 2008 6.7 CTD with 185,000 miles... At 180,000 miles the OEM fuel pump went out and I had a FASS Dip Tube "no-Filters" system installed... Ever since the install while filling the tank,,, then after the first pump handle click shut off I try to pump in more gallons then Fuel starts spilling out under the truck... Is this from an Overflow in the FASS Dip Tube assembly ??? Now,,, I just stop pumping fuel at the first pump handle shut-off Click...

I would think that the installers didn’t tighten the vent tube clamps or that the vent tube may have come off at the top end. The vent tube runs parallel to the fill tube and joins it just below the fill nozzle.
You should be able to lay under the trucks filler neck area and look up there with a flashlight and see the source.
