I wanted to update this post.
I went with a Colt Cam Stage 1, which is the same grind as the PDR with a different label,
I am very happy with the results, nothing major but I think its how the cam should have been ground from the factory. The truck is a little more efficient, runs a little cooler, has a slightly stronger bottom end, and a bit quicker spool to 20, 20-30 is about the same, and a bit slower above 30, but there is more air being moved per psi, so honestly an increase in spool rate means I am moving a LOT more air than stock.
Drive pressure and boost retained about the same ratio, so at least it didn't increase DP.
It does take more rpms to get the same backpressure on the exhaust brake, but doesn't seem to effect the retarding hp.
