Rattlebox, I recently picked up a BHAF and used it for about a week before I gave it to one of my friends. I didn't like how much quieter it made my turbo sound than the K&N that I have been using. However, I would be interested in meeting up some time if you are interested in stacks. In fact if any of you guys are interested in stacks you are more than welcome to check out my setup, hell I will even take you for a ride if you want to see how much noise they can make! :D

Also Of interest, on of my friends in the area just purchased a blue 2001 2500 from the owner of diesel dynamics. Its a 24valve with a P-pump conversion. It runs 550-600 on strait diesel and has dynoed 780 with nitros. You should see it driving around rte 30 bypass and up 322. You cant miss the ram-air hood!

Hey all,

Moved to near the Pittsburgh area about 2 months ago and I have been looking high and low for some TDR trucks in the White Oak/ Mckeesport/ Irwin etc. area.

Seen a bunch of CTD's but no TDR decals.....

I get a lot of folks asking about my truck everytime I fuel up or stop for things, but they are gassers, always impressed, but it would be great to talk to some fellow TDR people.

Thanks

Stop By Some Time...

Hey Rackman,

Give us a shout whenever you get a chance. Our shop is located in Mount Pleasant, Pa, not too far from you. We are there usually every Saturday working on trucks. Our office is located in Lower Burrell Pa right now, so that is where we can be found during the week.

On a nice warm Saturday, we have had as many as 12 diesel trucks at our shop at once. Just a bunch of folks getting together to BS about trucks and stuff...

Give us a call sometime, it would be great to meet you.

on Sat Jan 11 around noon heading east on the rte 30 bypass by the Brandywine Hospital saw a blue regular cab with monster stacks. It had what appeared to be a black couch in the back. Anyone from the group?

Larry

I dont think he is a member. He works at the Just-Tires in Frazer. He used to have little 4" stacks. He must of been jelious of my 5" stacks cruising by almost every day because it looks like he installed new 6" or bigger.

I forgot to mention, I got a chance to spend some time driving my friends new truck he purchased from the owner of Diesel Dynamics. This truck is completly sick!!! Its a 2001 with a P-pump conversion, drag camshaft, lowered compression, O-ringed head that I belive may be ported as well. This thing can light up the rear tires and get sideways by mashing the gas at 50MPH!!! And thats with out hitting the drugs! This engine has virtualy no turbo lag. ony problem is after driving it my truck feels like slug!!

thats the truck for sure. they had to be 6" or bigger!!! i was coming west on 30 right at the golf course and he was coming east and he just started down the hill and i could see the stacks already!!! one ques for you MD500E. i have been going back and forth with wanting stacks and then not wanting them. i see you are from the area and i was wondering if you have any problems with cops? where did you get all the parts to do the install? was it a hard install? any info will help. thanks.

KNOX, PA

Saw a white over grey 2500 with TDR sticker on right side of back window and stroke this sticker on left side. Parked in town today, 1-14. Was dodgin the scales at the 56 yardstick and happened to spot it. Sure was clean for all the snow on the ground:cool:

anybody know who has the "catdodg" PA license plate? saw him last week on rt 422 a little west of butler.

anywho, I'm in Butler. See alot of guys around but haven't noticed any stickers or badges yet.

Anyone looking for a TDI!

I work at El-Mor Chevrolet in Morgantown, we had a 2001 jetta TDI 5 speed get traded in last week, the car is QUITE clean. I know we did an oil change with the 5w-40 VW synthetic oil and that's it mechanically. The advertised price for the car is in the mid-15s, I am sure they are willing to bargain. I drove the thing and like it a lot, but I can't afford it since I am going to school next year

Just a little too late!:( I spent quite a while looking for 2000 or 2001 tdi 5 speed for my girlfriend. I couldnt find a clean one we both liked so I had to settle and let her get the v-6. She is happy with it but I wish it was the tdi. What color is it? Please dont say silver as that is the color we could not find! Thanks for the info. I am sure somebody on here will be interested in it.

Spotted a black 3500 with black painted stacks that exit in front of the rear axle and go up the outside of the bed. You cant miss this truck. The stacks must be 6" or bigger and stick up 9-10 feet off the ground. I saw him twice today. Passed him on 322, 2 miles south of honeybrook, and then an hour later I saw him again on a side road in the same area. I couldn't see a tdr sticker. Anyone?

Sounds like a truck I saw a few weeks ago that was hauling sheds, dunno if it's the same or not for sure though.

I still wanna see your truck up close MD.

A question for you, MD500? Are you into helicopters?
