Or anyone else who can help out. Being in the market for a used batwing mower, I found one in Maryland that I might want to buy.

Do I need any special permits to cross over the PA/Maryland line with my 25' gooseneck?

Not that I am aware of, as long as it is a personal use type set up. I work with a retired state trooper so I will see what he says tomorrow and let you know. I assume that you are talking about the Dodge and trailer.

I checked , and can't find anything you need to be concerned about. I drag my flatbed across state lines and never had any problems.
