Power Sliding Rear Window

Quick question for those of you with the power sliding rear window in your EcoDiesel-- does it open all the way or only part way? A friend of mine has one and it only opens about 1/2 way, whereas, the window in my 2015 3500 opens all the way. Thanks for any insight.

My 1500 Hemi opens all the way. ED should not be any different.

My 1500 Eco diesel opens all the way, as well.

Thanks guys, that's what I thought. Will let him know he needs to get it back to dealer.

It might be running into the head rest. that what the guy said that created the video on his high miler Arms Delivery Service truck. SNOKING

That only happens "if" you remove the head rest to clean the rear window and insert the head rest facing the wrong way, ask how I know this! I had same problem and now look at head rest before stick back down then, need three hands to remove head rest.
