What kind of replacement fluid to use in a 2022 truck mopar or just anything. The fluid reservoir looks very well placed to use the suck some out and replace to proper level method. Kind of do it on a regular basis like I used to do on the old 99 and never had any pump or power steering issues . All ways remember the warranty please.Thoughts please

@Turbo Terry, you can use any fluid that meets the spec. I know you didn't buy Mopar motor oil. As long as your doing the "suck and replace" method, that's probably more than the average person would do on any other vehicle. CTD owners tend to take much better care than average care of our trucks. Just start doing so that the new fluid will be in before time frame in manual and keep doing every year. The warranty isn't as hard on fluids as long as there from major makers and meet the spec required. Remember to have receipts and maybe even pic of the product and barcode to prove it!

ATF+4 is the recommended fluid.
And I think a change isn't mandatory from Ram, it's a Lifetime fill.

Doesn't mean one shouldn't have an eye on it.
But with the PS fluid cooler there is way less stress on the fluid as in the pre Gen.3 models which tended to cook the fluid.
