Competition Question about gear ratios and drag racing.

What are all the things you can do to help put power to the ground efficiently and keep the truck stable while sled pulling, under load, drag racing etc. ? I'm not talking about engine/transmisson.

Does the list include:

•Trac bars

•Anti sway bars

•Airbags

•Lockers

???

What else is there? Does anyone do anything to stiffen the frame it's self?

I believe this question would be best answered by the king sledpuller, as he had the awesome results with what he did last year

lockers, ladder bars and sleddy will agree that a campershell and ladder racks help too:D---really though the lockers and ladder bars plus good tires and weights up front are some keys---chris

Not at your level.

I answered this question on NW BOMBers for CB Dean, I think he is fishing for differeing opinions.

One thing I have learned, that most pullers are hush hush about what they are doing.

I have tried to not be like that as has Csutton and a few others on DC and here.

I would rather see everybody have a nice pull, instead of a handful way out front. Especially if I can help someone avoid breaking parts from being stupid. :)
