With $4 a gallon fuel right now what are you guys getting for milage with the Adrenaline???? What about milage when your canning on the throttle??? Towing milage??? Also what kind of price is on this new fangled gizmo?

The Adrenaline has 10 power levels & PL01 is his max mileage module tuning. Guys have claimed a 2mpg increase using the Max mileage module.

Yes, and actually PL01 & PL02 are reserved as the XZT+ box settings. The Adrenaline doesn't start using the pump tap until PL03 & above.

Dang and I was hoping to order Monday guess I will have to wait!!!!! I figure when I call them I will tell them what program I want initially installed; they will do that right? I will also ask them about when the pulse will be available.

Thanks for the info. I called Quad yesterday and got a lot of answers to my questions. I'm going to have to re-do my pump tap; the higher levels aren't doing anything on my truck YET. Smarty 3 & Quad PL01 feels crisp and so far seems to give GOOD MPG.

For now, I need to keep the Smarty loaded for tire correction; but I'm hoping that after I get my Quad sorted out I'll find another way to calibrate the speedo and check codes then maybe sell the Smarty.

I'm not sure about that one. The date still says 3/07/08. I'm still running the Comp2 file.

How could there already be a rash of "unauthorized dealers"? the dern Adrenaline has barely hit the market, and surely Quad is smart enough to recognize an "unauthorized dealer", when a customer orders these in case lots...

Well, although it was hard to do, I drove for a while on PL02 and got 19mpg! I did/do not drive like grandma either! still has decent power and near smokeless. So with a little restraint I think 20+ is attainable. Towing has been around 14/15 mpg w/ 4k lbs. horse trailer. I also run 100hp sticks and small s300 turbo with an auto.

Hey guys, i am a dealer and ill try and give a heads up when the pulse is ready to go, i just got word that they are taking pre orders only so far. Also if you only get the Adrenaline it will no longer read fuel pressure, has something to do with supplier of the sending units, i got one of the first ones released to the public and mine seems to work fine with the sender they sent me, but they did discount the price to make up for it. I pretty sure the pulse is going to read it but the beta testers should know this.



Now as far as the performance of the box itself, i think it is superb,much more power than the juice/att. The pulse will make it a great box as it will allow more adjustments, there are really only two issues i have, one being the lengh of the harness it self, could use a little more just to make it a cleaner install. Second The low end fueling needs to be there, now it seems to act off a boost signal which is fun as can be but it seems like it is to muck like flipping a switch when it senses it. From what i read the pulse will make this adjustable, but im not sure, can you beta guys answer that?



For you guys thinking about getting it or the guys who are on the fence about dumping it, just hold out a little longer for the pulse and stage 3 completion, all the bugs will be worked out, it is so new and so advanced it wont be perfect but it will be, quads stuff is always top notch and this will also be, just give good feed back on your issues and be patient it will all be awesome in the end, sorry for my ramblings, i had time so i thought i would give my thoughts. DD

Well I was convinced. My order for the Adrenaline w/ the Pulse Module is done and I'm just waiting for them to ship it out. Smarty is gone on Monday.

Is the pedal as sensitive as with the Smarty. I have to assume NO because you mentioned that it doesn't mess up cruise control like the Smarty does. Based on some of the other threads I've read about the soft shifting transmission issues due to light throttle input. Will this remedy that or will I need to upgrade with a shift enhancer when I get the Quad?

Somebody inform me what the pulse is, I tried looking back on the tread, but couldn't find it, I got a buddy that is getting the adrenaline next week so I need to know what I missed.
