That what a REDLINE does..... it bypasses ECM fueling and assumes total control over the pump... . so if they did it I would think quad could as well and his box does a lot more than a redline..... I am curious to see what the comp version of this box will do!

I quad can get his box to fuel to 4000rpm, I don't think others will even compare. This box is awesome, best towing performance available as advertised & hard core on top. What else can we ask for?

Has anyone gotten any new info on this yet. Im very interested to hear peoples pros and cons

Quad posted on DTR saying that he is almost done changing the software for beta testers & the box is going to be released really soon. I'd say by the 15th or so.

I'm not sure? The current files on the website are awesome. 52 to choose from & the aggressive files feel every bit as strong as my old Smarty/Drag stack. I can't wait for the comp files, gonna be awesome. I would think that he is holding the comp files to release after the box is released to boost sales, but that is just my opinion.

SWEEEET! I've already ordered, just waiting to get!:D I also sent my comp in to edge a week and a half ago, if the Quad gets here first the comp will not go back on. Honestly, even if the comp gets here first it'll come off as soon as the Quad comes in!

So what about reliability?? I'm currious to know how many miles the adrenaline has been tested and what are some of the combos and HP numbers. It sound like it might bringing the vp to the edge? 180 hp over stock on a stock lift pump, i was running a injectors and a superchip and could suck the psi down close to 5-6lbs. With a TST and injectors it would drop my gauge down to ZERO... . ended up having to get a new VP.

anyone willing to run a modified truck on a stock lift pump will have that problem. I ran the same combo as you WITH a Smarty stacked but with a FASS 150 and NO issues with feeding the VP, wether dragracing or towing 10k. Quads products have been some of the least problematic of the ones avail. But no one should be under the impression that a "stock" truck can run near 300hp MORE than factory without any other supporting mods. VP trucks have been shown to make a lot of power and also have a history of dying in stock form. that said ,the first recommendation folks make on this board to newbies is a fuel pressure guage and relocate or replace the lift pump and lines if BOMBs are intended. :)

My question is will my quad commander that i set on my shelf when i bought my juice w/ attitude, work with the adrenalin? I really don't like the little monitor they send with the package for adrenalin. And I wouldnt have taken my commander out at the time, except i didn't want two monitors in the truck.

You could probably send it to quad & have it programmed for the Adrenaline, but quad said that the commander that comes with the Adrenaline is different software.

Looked at the install instructions on their site today and saw that it monitors boost ,f/p,egt,& trans temp. Do you have to hook all that up or can you just get away with just the egt for the defueling. The reason i ask is because like a lot of others I already have most of those gauges and would rather not tap the fuel and boost systems twice.

It doesn't tap the boost, gets its signal through the map sensor. I am running both mechanical & Adrenaline gauges. It is nice to have 2 sources of reference.

For those of you who have the quad commander, does it give an audible alert when an engine parameter level is exceeded. The only thing I can find in the commander documentation is that it gives a warning screen.

Thanks
