R&R Front Pinion Hub Sleeve on AAM 9.25 Axle?

There appears to be quite a few sources on how to replace the pinion seal on our 9.25 AAM front axles but I haven't found much on how to remove the wear sleeve from the hub. AAM sells the sleeve, but so far I have not found much on how to safely remove the old sleeve and get the new one back on. I've heard Dodge only offers a complete new hub, but seems replacing the wear sleeve makes sense.

Any suggestions on how this is done or is it better to go the new front hub route?

I just pried up on the wear sleeve with a small pry bar and it came right off. If that doesn't work, you might have to use a chisel to persuade it to come off. Here's what I did with mine.
