It probably would have took less time to hook up a bottom dumping exhaust forthe winter, then cutting the cap, :eek: and not ruined your cap in the process. just my opinion. .
 
Good looking pup you have there,i put a canopy on mine as well for my 2 American Bulldogs. The only thing is the windows get covered in bullsnot quite a bit,but they are really happy and content back there. DW.
 
I have no dogs presently, but I do know they like it back there! Does anyone remember the old Nissan commercial "Dogs love trucks!" so true.
 
roadking, I think that looks pretty good. For years I had a cap on my dually and had often thought about a way to do stacks while retaining the cap. How dirty does the cap get from the soot? I'll bet there's gotta be some material that's resistant to that heat that could seal those gaps.

sealing don't seem to be a problem what rain gets in runs down stax into bed liner and out the back . soot none but the truck is garaged nites/days only out when driven
