Hey guys I have searched the archives and haven't

found a definitive answer yet about this. So does

anyone have any experience putting rear inner fender

liners into a 3500 with 4WD? I want to put then in

mine but I'm not sure if they will work and if so what modifications do I need to do to make them work?

Thanks,

Rob

I'm a little confused as to what you're asking. The SRW third gen trucks didn't come with "wheel well liners" (Chrysler's name) so we've had to buy them and put them in. Your truck should already have them if it's a SRW. Are we dealing with a 01? SRW or dually?

Scott,

As you can see by my sig file I have a 2001. 5 3500 4X4

and I posted this to the 2nd generation forum. DC never

made a SRW 3500 in the 2nd gen Rams as far as I know

only the 3rd generation trucks. My truck does not have

the wheel well liners but some of the other 01 trucks did.

I am asking those that have experience with the 2nd

generation 3500 4X4 Dually trucks if they have put the

rear wheel well liners in and what if any problems have

they encountered.

I don't think the single-rear liners will go in our DRW rears. At least not without hacking them up and ending up with a worse look in there.

I think you'll find that the rear wheel liner is the same part for second generation 1500's, 2500's & 3500's. The same liner (P/N 55346010 SHIELD, Wheelhouse) is used on left and right sides.
