2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission rear shoes need help

Hey guys, My rear brakes absolutely suck. When coming to a stop the rear will grap violently. and in dirt they will completely lock up. They need adjustments bad. I still have plenty of material left. Just cant seem to find any info on adjusting these things.

Remove your drums and inspect the drum and pads. Do they have any oil on them? That would account for the brakes grabbing. Maybe your starting to lose a axle seal. Mine do the same when they get wet and I have anti-locks. Got to get to them someday.
