I have done a lot to my front end lately, and I'm about to do Maxx links front sway bar links, sway bar bushings, and Top Gunz Control arms. I just want to get it ALL done.

Question- Has anyone installed the Maxx Links REAR sway bar links?

Was it a tangible upgrade?

I figured I'd just order the rears along with the front end stuff I'm about to do IF it's worth it.

I'm just looking to improve the overall ride and stability. My gf hated driving my rig because of all of the loose front end parts and now it's MOSTLY sorted out. We are planning a 3 week Canadian road trip and I want to take the truck, so I want to get everything right and tight so she can feel good driving it when it's her turn.

Has anyone installed these

MAXX LINKS SWAY BAR LINKS ('94-'02) REAR 4 X 4 & 2WD-Dodge Cummins Diesel Truck Accessories – Geno’s Garage

Or something similar?

What is the consensus on this upgrade?

Thanks

They look nice. They also look pricy. I just got new Napa ones, which I expect will do the same for quite a few years.

First question is what do you do with your truck and what type of driving do you do?

If you don't have a cab over or lumber rack you may be better off ditching the rear sway bar and flipping you shackles. The ride quality goes way up without losing load capacity.

If you are wondering why change the factory design just ask yourself "why did the 3rd gen truck stop using a compression shackle... ""

As to your direct question, I don't know as my swaybar was scraped and is now living life as a Prius, driving around somewhere.
