Im not sure about a factory bolt on "kit", but I have seen aftermarket. Or as I did, I just got one off another pickup, wrecked ofcourse. It bolts right on, all the holes are already there for it.
Dodge did have sway bars for the rear that came out in around 96 or so as part of the camper pkg that also included overload springs. I added it on my 94. The overloads I pulled back off very quickly,even with my 4wheel overhead camper they were too much. I will be pulling off my swaybar as soon as I add the Carli suspension to the 94 with the full leafs.
:-laf No welding required... ... ... ... There are bolt on brackets that overlap the lower shock brackets. IRRC drilling required,it's been MANY years since I did the install. The end link backets also required drilling into the frame,but no rocket science or special tools needed.
