Does anybody know how to do it? Have the steering column out for the Rock Solid Ram Steering Bushing Kit and lost track out how many "turns" have been made. ALSO, does anybody know the website I can get factory service manual downloads for free?

You don't reset the clock spring. It is not a spring, but a flexible circuit board named so because it resembles one.

Good luck.

The truck in undergoing major surgery and isn't in a drivable state anyways so that's just the way we chose to do it. Any suggestions on the clockspring issue?

Turn the steering wheel to center position, set your front wheels to a straight position, if the sector shaft doesn't align use the adjustment on your Pitman arm to make them line up.

The clock spring is a 360° rotating contact point.

Hope this helps, Mike
