We have installed some wheels we had made in Europe and shipped this way in a container... . we put these on all our trucks...
We've also installed Bridgestone Rib Highways in the front, and run a retread Bandag studded cap in the rear in the winter... . 225/70/19. 5"
We see 100K miles on this setup... We started doing this with a Ford in 2000 and sold that truck with 500K...
With several trucks on the road we've this this to be our most cost effective set up... .
Since the purchase of these wheels, the price of steel has doubled and the dollar has fallen to the Euro... so we haven't brought any more in... . if things settle down we will... .
We used the suggested width based on the Bridgestone web sight and the offset recommended as well...
