Buyer beware. They don't seem to be the company they once were. I ordered a radiator on Monday. Requested 2 day shipping. Got the tracking number on Tuesday. By Thursday it still hasn't left the warehouse. I called to ask about the shipment. No joy. They went so far as to refuse to even see if it was still in the warehouse. They said call Friday if it hadn't shown up. You guessed it. Didn't show. I called. The guy I talked to seemed surprised that 2day shipping meant I really needed it. As if a 2 day order on a radiator could mean anything else.They said it wasn't their fault. When I asked why nobody at the warehouse noticed it hadn't shipped the guy got snotty. When I asked for a shipping refund they acted as if some sort of magnanimous gesture on their part to refund the difference between 2day and regular shipping. Bear in mind this was at a warehouse in the Bronx. It should have made R.I. In 2 days without special attention. Hell will freeze before I call them again.

Just a heads up, a guy on youtube is *****ing that Rockauto no longer has telephone support, only email. A while back my son had an issue with an order and it was taken care of via email. Like everything, Rockauto has its good points and bad ones. If you have the time to wait for the parts and the time to fix any issues (ie wrong part, damaged in shipping, etc) then you can save a lot with RA. YMMV
