MNTDR Annual BWW Gathering!

Area Diesel Service Open house, dyno run June 16, DM, IA

McLaughlin, I think there are two or three of us that can make it the 17th only, myself being one of them. I think KAZ would like a few more to "make it a day". Whoever can't make the 10th but wants the 17th, or whoever wants to come on both days, let us know so we can tally it up, and see if we can make it worthwhile to Kenny at KAZ.

I fully understand that. Even though, I can't make it due to work (same reason I couldn't make the dyno runs in Greeley), I still appreciate the effort Kenny has made putting this thing together. If it doesn't happen the 17th thats OK, eventually I'll make it to one of these events (and maybe have installed another upgrade :-laf ).

WOOHOO, I AM IN FOR THE 10TH!!!!

Just traded on-call days with a co-worker so I am all set for the 10th. I was going to be on call but now I am planning to be there and Mack was going to the Springs anyway, so see you dudes there! We may go down Friday night but possibly Saturday morning!

everyone from the north still planning on meeting at the harmony/I25 rest stop? i know a couple guys might be meeting at the loveland hooters too, it doesn't really matter to me. what ever works for everyone else, i'll be there

I'll be coming in from Denver. I may meet the guys at IHOP in the Springs. I heard there may be a good showing of NMTDR guys up from Albuquerque and possibly some from the Durango area as well. They just had a dyno day event in Albuquerque a couple of weeks ago and I think some of the guys are looking for revenge...

Look forward to meeting all of you.

Juan

Sounds like a decent turn-out guys!

Jeremy do we have a round-about tally of participants? I know it is hard to pin-point it, but I need to make arrangements for the BBQ caterer.

I think the shirts are not going to happen guys. I apologize. If someone has a cost effective but good quality shirt company that you may recommend in the Springs let me know. But the few I have talked with and looked at their quality... they are terrible!

:--) I will for sure be there on the tenth with one other person with me. Its gettin closer and im getting excited now this is gonna be fun. Oo.

Kenny I think we have at minimum 25 trucks. I would guess about 60 people... ... but I could be WAY off. Might be more like 80 people. Sounds like theres quite a few people that want to come just to watch.

Good times!

I should have 4-6 trucks coming from Wyo. picking up another 4-6 in Ft. Collins, 5-6 on ramp staulkers along the way:D and I'm not sure how many at C-Rock?

Excellent!

I spoke with the BBQ folks today. We will have food for 50 and they will make a run if it looks like we need more. Like I said before those who are running on the dyno will get two "meal tickets" per entry. If they want to share the ticket they are not going to use that is fine... those without a ticket will have to pay $6 to the caterer for a plate o' food.

I have a feeling we will be severely stretching the day with more than 40 truck entries. What I will be doing is taking the entries names on a list with payment. As soon as we reach 40 the "gate" will close. If we get trucks on and off fast enough and it looks like we can get more runs we will.

The problem is that we will be pulling the dyno outside. Outdoor light is minimal and accidents happen when my guys get tired and they are working in the dark. I suppose an option we could do is to run all of the trucks with stacks outside (do we have any idea how many that is?), move the dyno back inside after them, and run the dyno into the night to get EVERYONE who shows get on the dyno.

I just want this to be as enjoyable to you guys as it will be for me! :-laf

Is there a list/payment option up yet? I'd like to dyno for sure, so I have a baseline with my AFE/stock, then with AFE and Smarty. I don't want to be #41 after making sure I got time off to come down!

Nick

I have no issue doing a pre-register payment for the dyno day. The only issue is if I take payment and we have a weather day that money will be credited for the March 17th alternate day. If both days are busted due to weather a full refund will be issued.

If folks want to call me I can take a CC over the phone.
