Read on another thread about play in the go pedal. So I checked mine and could pull it up a few inches. The cable also has a few inches of slop. In the thread it talked about applying split shot to the cable to take it up tight again. Is my diesel demon not getting to its full capability? Would I need to do an APPS reset? Is this just normal and not to worry about?

I posted that. I used a few small tiewraps at first to take up some of the extra slop. You could do the disconnect of the batteries, turn on the light to drain everything, then in 20 minutes, hold up the batteries, turn on the key and slowly put the go pedal to the floor and back. Then turn the key off and then restart and test. You will most likely find a lot of power that was missing!!

SNOKING, Exactly where did you put the tiewrap's or split shot?

Lift the pedal and look at the top end of it up under the dash. The center cable will be sticking out of the guide in the top end of the pedal arm. Put them on the cable. SNOKING
