raise/lower the CEL limit for the P0336 the TST likes to throw

Retain the code for the gray headed keys with the chip in them

CC high idle for manuals for sure!



I havent gotten the 336? But Also lower the P0299 code value for the guys with big turbos who get the "underboost" code and have thier truck defuel to 1/4 power!
