Smoking Repercussions??

Last night when I was driving home in my CTD, i was thinking... I know we all with bomb'd trucks enjoying smoking the world out when they **** us off. However, I wonder if someone in a CTD has smoked someone out which caused and accident and got sued?? Maybe, its just a Kalifornia thing? lol

If you smoke 'em out, they can't see your license plate--they have to identify you in order to sue you!

the most ive gotten repercussion wise was a gesture telling me i was number one for giving such a wonderful soot salute. i dont know what all your guys wives say about you smoking out tailgators-- mine says "its kinda fun to watch you smoke out people, when its not me!"

i say more fuel to the fire. its nice to have someone else looking for the next contestant in "who wants to be smoked?"

I've thought about this too. Some people do some crazy things when they see all the soot pouring out.

Yeah but if you live in a small town like me and someone doesnt know you or your truck then theyll just look for that ol POS Dodge that just smokes all the time! (Mine rarely doesnt smoke)!

but if something like that happens, back the fuel way out and have it tested to prove your truck was not smoking, and you have nothing to do with the other drivers poor driving skills... :-laf

"Did you even look to see if there was anyone next to you before you swerved?"



"I didn't have time. The cloud was right in front of me and I had to get around it. I got a license plate number of the truck. I think the driver of that vehicle should be charged with causing this accident. "



"He didn't swerve into the car next to him. You did. Please sign here. This is not an admission of guilt, this just acknowledges that you received this summons and you... " blah blah blah.
