So Who is the US General ...

That is leading the US troops on the ground and who, upon reaching Bagdad will "personally shoot that paper hanging SOB".



Anyone know this general's name?



Also, who is the British general leading the British troops/armor in Iraq.



Are both the US and British generals racing to Bagdad? Do we have some type of Paton/Monty thing going on here?

the US general's name is Franks I believe.

Franks is the Theater commander ... like Eik was, not a "on the ground commander" like Bardley, or Patton was.

Marine Forces are commanded by Lt Gen Earl B. Hailston, located in Bahrain.



Central Command Air Forces is commanded by Lt Gen T. Michael Moseley out of Prince Sultan Air force base.
