I believe the intercooler Mitchell sells, is tested at 150 PSI.



It is a bolt in.



Yes, it is expensive.
 
So, is the truck going to be on the road Oct. 25? if It is,, it should be at the D/FW dyno day so we can see your workmanship, and see those HP #'s.

With three chargers, NOS, Meth, ported head, and Cam, it shouldn't have a hard time spoolin' em.

Thinking aloud....

Looking at the pics of the tubluar header up above - makes me think of the 4th Generation Toyota Supra (JZA-80, 2JZ-GTE) single turbo headers on the market.



Methinks that you could get a 6-into-1 (T3 style flange... ) collector instead of fabbing your own. Not that the diesel header won't flow nicely - cuz it looks like it will... . but a pre-made collector could save some fab time. Time = $

The BigDog Supras are running stuff a LOT bigger than a T66..... a T04 flange shouldn't be a problem.



Sound Performance (Supra specialists... . ) in the Chicagoland area has treated a lot of my friends right... . My buddy Max V. works for them. They have a street-driven car that runs 9. 0 in the 1/4 - ON THE MOTOR. 2000hp out of a 3. 0L, I-6 24 valve gasser is pretty much the latest and greatest in that arena.....

I didn't like my collector on my header(that would be the top pics) so i decided to get some help from two of the best in the u. s. One for his header design and fab skills and the other for his R&D work with the 5. 9..... We moved the small turbo up about 5. 5 inches, to allow more room underneath for the other turbo(s). Will flow at least 150% of an 3 peice manifold. I'll try to get some pics up in a couple days.

again, no work on the truck, Mark, you must quit talking about it and get to work. Was the time frame for you not enough? Maybe you thought the customer would forget about his truck? This is a very sad thing to see it take this long, is there something we or (he) doesn't know about?





I just cant take the suspense, drama, anticapation, or angst anymore
