Alright, so we're trying to figure out why the fuel filter in TJ's rig seems to be sweating fuel - case is wet and the drain at the bottom of filter is always wet. It was real bad (dripping) until tonight when we changed out the filter and drain valve with new ones, but it's still sweating, apparantly from above the filter, maybe from the fuel heater??
Is the fuel heater sealed with an o-ring and is the heater easy to remove, does it screw on, or has anyone been here and done this? All lines into the heater look dry and everything above the heater looks dry, but from the heater mating surface down it looks wet, and it just keep going onto the filter.
Kind of a pain and the smell gets old after a while - ideas?
