RDyson said:When I installed mine I noticed that it runs at a lower boost psi while cruising 70. Where I ran 6-8 before, now I run 3-5 most of the time. Also the EGT's are higher at cruising speed. Before 650*ish, now 750-800. Which makes sense. Less boost= higher EGT's. It's a great turbo, you will like it.

LOtero said:yea what he said above me, it takes a little getting used to at first, but you will love the turbo no questions asked... once it gets to 12 psi or so hold the **** on cuz its a rocket. . i hear 3rd gens spool it better than mine will but there is one thing i know industrial injection is a hell of a company and make a great turbo. .
Cholman may be able to help you better than i. . pm him
AMassaro said:Can someone explain why there is less boost at say 70mph? If I'm able to see 1600 egts, what would this turbo lower that to? Sorry for the stupid questions, I just getting more confused...![]()
OK, maybe this is easier. All other things being equal (boxes, programmers) Going from my stock turbo to the SPS62, how much will that shave off of my 0-60 times or my quarter mile time?
