I just got some 33x12. 5x16. 5 Super Swamper TSL radials. Does anyone else have experience with these? I just got an alignment 2 days before I got the tires:rolleyes: , I know I should have did the alignment after the new tires. Now it seems there is a slight wobble at times and a little vibration, why is this? Could one of the tires not be balanced correctly? It's possible because the shop I got the tires from had put 45 lbs of pressure in a 40 lb max tire:mad:, so mistakes are possible. Would you guys have the alignment rechecked and/or the tires balanced again? Thanks for the advice:) .

I think it's just the nature of the TSLs. I didn't put TSLs on my Ram because I don't like the on road handling of the TSLs on my Sami. The are GREAT off road, especially in the rocks. This is understandable since TSL are designed to be serious off road tires.

If you do a lot of wheelin' you will love the TSL, but if you don't you will probably hate them. I put Goodyear MT/Rs on my Ram because I don't do any hardcore wheelin' with it and wanted tires with an aggressive tread and good street manners.

The MT/Rs ride very well on the street and perform very well off road, although not as well as the TSLs.

Thats part of owning super swampers. Be carefull too because if you do much interstate driving keep you speed down. They WILL come apart on you.

Yup yup, startin to miss my BFGs more everyday:(. Sort of getting used to the characteristics of these tires but if alignment don't help then it's back to BFGs or maybe Nitto Terra Grappler;) ???
