I am trying to figure out a problem with my 96 locking and unlocking the TC. I am looking for any more ideas anybody may have. What is really strange is that is seems alot worse when the wind is blowing from whatever direction the passednger side is facing. Here is what I have tried so far:
Different TPS, removed wires from loom, wrapped and ran seperatly, removed TPS all together by using an adjustable pot like Howard and Ridesamule have done (my 95 is curently this way and works great), unhooked grid heater to make sure it wasn't causing any interference, and traced the wires down to the trans to make sure there were no bare spots. I am starting to suspect the PCM or something internal to the trans, but I would think that it would be more constant if that was the case. Anybody have any other ideas?
Thanks!!
