I'm not sure what truck you plan on installing this on or if you have warranty concerns but if you do you may want to double check the compliance. Even though this may not be a true power adder because it only changes the throttle signal the ECM is expecting certain inputs. If it receives a signal outside the set parameters it will remember it. The dealer might be able to see this if there is an issue in the future.

I inquired about this same device last year and this is the response I was given. If any of the experts see it a different way please share it. It would be nice to reduce the lag but with the amount of TQ these trucks have the slight lag may be performed inn to protect itself..

I have one on my 16. Completely different driving experience with this unit installed; especially loaded heavy. Mine is set 50%.

I have yet to take my truck for the dealer for anything as I'm doing my own mtce. Local dealer said that it's an okay product to use. Some dealers are using TB's to help alleviate the torque management/ dead pedal issues.

Get one, you'll love it.
