What kind of a puller or tool do I need to buy to press out all of my tie rod ends? I got all new parts (old-style) from RockAuto.com and I can either stick it in the shop and have them do it, or is it something a reasonably handy weekend warrior can tackle? If so, what press or where to buy?

Loosen the nut on the stud, then hit the steering arm on the end where the tie rod end enters the taper. The shock shakes the taper fit loose. 3LB hammer, 3or4 shots. Loosen the pinch bolt closest to the end, count the number of turns to remove the threaded end from the adjusting sleeve and install the new end the same number of turns. Watch closely, threads may be right or left hand thread. This should get you close enough to drive to the alignment shop.
