Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Timing adjust in Arizona?

Any one know of someone who or some place where I can go to, to get my timing bumped up here in Arizona?? I'm thinking it's time to start tinkering again, the temps are finally not busting a hundred every day and it cools off to like 75 at night

I was just over there this morning. Just for your information he is about 7 miles north of I-10 at Bethany home and 183rd Ave. Fred is a really nice guy and although I did not have any work done (just picking up parts) he appears very Knowledgeable about 12 and 24 valvers. Round trip from Mcclintock and the 60 to his place is 80 miles.
