True, in NJ, you're "not supposed" to pump your own gas, but nobody bothers you for the most part. I had one kid bother me once, I heard him hollering, sir, sir, sir, sir, I just ignored him. I wasn't in the mood, I'd been on the road for 12 hours and I was 15 minutes from home.
But, the one Hess station I go to, the Diesel truck Island says "Diesel is self service"
But the other hess stations where the pumps are at the auto island, they will pump it for you.
You know what, people complain about people pumping it for you, but it's sure nice in the winter and our fuel is cheaper than PA or NY, where you have to pump it yourself.
