How is the market for these trailers? With fuel prices on the rise, will it pay for someone to start hauling? Can someone show actual numbers $$? How does the fuel surcharge work?



Chris, get the money owed to you. The longer it's outstanding, the harder it is to collect. Are you able to make Hooters in LaCrosse on the 13th? I posted in the Local Forum.

Fuel Surcharge

You do not have to worry about it if you tow RV's since they lump it in. The going rate now is $ 1. 00/mile total to the truck. You buy the fuel and maint. on your truck. Mine runs about 18/cents/per from there it is a matter of how many loaded miles you can run per week. Some of the drivers have told me that its hard to make over $1500/week after expenses.
