So I might be getting new tires on my new truck already. Good to know before summer comes and I put a 3000 lbs truck camper on the back. Thanks for the heads up

Thats a good thing , my original Firestone Transforce that came on the truck didn't last long enough for a recall :D They were not a great tire for sure , consider yourself lucky . Hopefully those new ones will serve you well .

Exactly what I was going to say.... I was hoping the 20" were recalled, I wouldn't turn down a free set, but not buying a second on my dime

Stock tires are the best deal they can get for the production run! When I was with Toyota, I'd be looking at every truck that they wanted to do tires and wheels on. If it had Toyo's, I'd snatch them up since i could get the whole set rims and all for $150!!!!!!!!!!! Those tires would go 80K with some hard use on them, plus they already were mounted and ready to go! I had the space and had a summer set and a winter set. Wish I could do that now! Maybe I'll find the end of the rainbow!:p:p

My feeling about the Nexum that came on mine stock. Guess stock tires just suck.
I had factory installed Bridgestone's on my Pilot that vaporized in 25K
I didn't learn and bought Bridgestone AT's for my 2nd gen. I had flats, cuts and finally a total tread separation at 65 mph that did $3300 damage in seconds. There was a huge recall on them but I didn't have my receipt showing I was the original owner. No Bridgestones ever again. Switched to BFG AT's at the time and had to sell them despite Road Forcing them and zeroing out the tire on the balancers. Freeway vibes and the owner of a very large tire company refused to even go on a drive with me and BFG referred me to the dealer and the dealer dumped me. Toyos and Michelins ever since.Never a problem.

Michelins LTX for me also. My summer tires. Hauled 3000 lbs plus on some of the roughest roads in Alaska. Never a issue and wore out two sets but they were not good in the winter on ice and snow excellent tires

From the Defect Notice 573 Report PDF

Affected tires were produced at a single plant from May 2, 2021 through May 8, 2021

I wish Michelin made a true AT tire. I'd buy em

I'll need tires again next month but I'll be buying the Duratracs again. My 3 rd set. Only tire that makes it beyond 40K miles so far and the tread pattern is somewhere between an AT and MT.

A friend of mine had the Michelin AT2's OE on his Ford Superduty , they wore no better than my OE Firestone Transforce , got less than 30K out of them .

Same here but I went with the Nitto Ridgegrappler instead, from what I see now it will go well beyond 40K with me.
Nitto is a subsidiary of Toyo, same quality though. Also a mix of AT and MT.
