ok..... my walbro hasn't completely solved my problem as I has stated in my earlier post. I still have a problem parking nose up on hills. Something else I tried. I ran a fuel line from the walbro back to the fuel tank so I could see if there were any bubbles coming out. There is a very small stream of pinhead size or smaller bubbles that comes and goes. I can't believe that is causing the problems though.

Should I run a flexible fuel line from the filter right to the IP just in case there is an air leak in that hard line? When the truck starts it runs absolutely fine, although sometimes when I pull into a toll plaza it stalls out if I don't keep the idle up.

already done: lift pump and solenoid

That line is under pressure and should leak fuel out if there is a hole in it.

Where in the system is the Walbro?

stupid me... of course its under pressure...

it's in between the tank and the filter (I'm not driving around with it though, I know it needs to be after the filter).

It can be before the engine fuel filter, at least I hope so. Mine is between the tank and the engine fuel filter. Came that way from Freightliner. There is a screen in the pump for big stuff.

You could add a pre filter, but mine has 60,000 miles and no prob.

I have the setup that drops into the fuel tank ready to go, but I need to take the bed off to get to it. At that point I'll replace all the fuel lines.
