My truck has a BAD vibration at idle rpm only. ANything over about 800 rpm and the vibration is mostly gone. I can see it a little bit in the mirrors sometimes.

The idle vibration is bad enough that it will vibrate stuff off the console and dash.

Fuel and oil filters changed, no joy.

Anyone seen anything like this?

could be an injector solenoid dropping out, causing an imbalance in the engine... would be most noticable at low rpms. .

Its probably a injector on its way out. I have been having one that does it for a while, then quits. I went 2 years between vibrations this last time, then it was a little different for 2 months, now its gone again.

I highly doubt its the Smarty, idle isn't touched with their tuning.

If you listen to the exhaust while it's got the vibrations, can you hear any type of stumble or anything unusual? Mine does that occasionally as well.

Mine had similar symptoms, but ran fine. It ended up being 1 broken exhaust hanger, and a loose exhaust clamp on 1 of the joints. All is well now. I'd say with the heavy 5" exhaust and a bad installation (had other problems with same shop) it created a vibration at idle. Something to check anyways.
