Has anyone installed Warn Fender Flares on any of their trucks. I ran across them and wondering how well they compare to bushwacker flares and looking for input. Just browsing around and seeing what people like better? Thanks in advance

What style of Warn flares are you looking at?

I think the BW's are flimsy and cheap as comparedo some others. The BW's would probably be my last choice.

I'm looking into the 4X Fender Flares. They say they are made of Warn's exclusive Armor GuardTM, high impact ABS co-laminate, which exhibits maximum flexibility and durability. Just looking for something that is really worth the money as well as durability is a definate. What you think of these or recommend as other alternatives to BW?

I installed a set of Warn 4X flares on my '98 shortly after I purchased it. Never had a problem and they look as good as new. I use 303 protectant to keep the deep black look.

No, I never got them painted. Color of my truck is "deep amethyst". The purple that can look blue, black, or whatever depending on the light. I also have Warn Transformer grill gaurd and 4X running boards. The grill gaurd and tops of boards are also black. All three together seem to accent the paint color. Can't make comparison to other brands- never tried them. Just know I'm satisfied with Warn.
