Truck is a 2018 3500 Tradesman dually 4x4. One of the plastic front wheel covers has several broken mounting lugs and wants to rotate on the wheel and I am afraid it will eventually damage the valve stem if left on. (I have actually removed it) This is the large fake chrome plastic cover that is 18" across that has a hole for the valve stem. The smaller 9" cover mounts above this cover.
Have checked Genos and they do not have it unless I overlooked it.
I am sure my local Ram dealer will have or can get the part. But, I am also sure it will be very expensive at a dealer.
Does anyone know where I might get this aftermarket?

If you have Mopar part #, Google it... dealers and aftermarket list on Amazon and Ebay.

I can’t guarantee this part number is correct, but try googling

52106937AB

and check out some of the major online MoPar parts sellers.

As @Wiredawg already alluded to......Amazon and eBay are prime choices as well.

Good chance you’ll also get a few hits for some non-OEM covers that may save you some money.

2018, should be under warranty unless you're over 36k.

Cleaned the gunk off, got the part number, the one shown above is correct, got on E Bay and found a supplier with acceptable prices. Ordered and part will be here on Fri the 16th. Thanks for the ideas, worked out about as good as possible. Maybe I missed it but did not find any deals on Amazon. E Bay was the better bet on this item.

Glad it worked out for you. Those are the two BEST places to look, one or the other, sometimes both have good offerings. and occasionally another source will pop up.
