Where is my Stanadyne Performance Formula, DIS??

I ordered a case of six 1/2 gallons from Diesel Injection Service out of TX on February 19th, 2005 and still have not received it. I know there are others on this board with the same problem. I have contacted DIS twice and have gotten the same response (see below). Is this a DIS problem or a Stanadyne problem? I like Stanadyne, but if I can't get it at DIS prices, I may be forced to switch :{ . Below is the response I received from DIS both times when I inquired as to why it is taking so long.



The Stanadyne Performance Formula has been delayed indefinitely. We know that you have been delayed for a while now but we are doing everything we can to rectify the situation. We will e-mail the tracking number when it ships out.

I e-mailed Stanadyne a few days ago asking if they were having a shortage and just received the following back from them. I am calling DIS in the morning and will probably cancel my order if they cannont fullfill it, now that I know this is a DIS problem and not a Stanadyne problem.

I just tried to order from diesel inj. service this week and got the same reply as you. I placed a order with Scheid diesel service located in Indiana,there price was $17. 24 for the stanadyne PF 1/2 gal. My order arrived at my house in three days. I guess I will be ordering my Stanadyne from Scheid diesel from now on. coobie
