That video has to be from Germany. When I was in Germany for work and driving on the Autobahn (best damn thing ever!!!), I saw dozens of cars pulling travel trailers.



I was there over a weekend and there were tourists from all over Europe pulling their "micro" trailer with their daily driver all over the autobahn.



Thats all they have for pulling, they make it work. More power to them for enjoying camping even its a much smaller version than what we do over here.
