Ok. about a week ago i installed DDM Tuning 35watt hi/low HIDs in my stock headlight housings. I added a 4700uf capacitor on the low beam side of the harness and everything has worked fine since, until yesterday. one of the two headlights wouldn't work on low beam. after turning the lights off and on a couple of times they both worked. this evening as i was driving down the road my low beams went off. i hit the brights and they functioned just fine. so once again a kicked them back down to the low beams and after about a second or two they kicked off. i have notice an interesting occurance that seems to have some relevance to the functioning of the HIDs. I have an 800 watt amp that powers my door speakers as well as a 2000 watt amp powering my subs. sometimes the radio will only play bass which leads me to believe that the 800 watt amp is not getting power maybe. idk for sure becuase it hasn't happened enough times for me to be able to investigate. Just curious if anyone might have any clue as to what might be going on because i'm new to the world of HIDs. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

We got a pair of HIDs for Wills 98. 5 and after installing them one of the bulbs failed to light on high beam. So we sent the cheap *** chinese crap back to where it came from.....

everything that i had read said to use either a capacitor or resistor. i got both. so should i replace the capacitor with the resistor and if so do i wire it in in the same spot?

The cap is only used if you have a noise issue from the ballast the is raising heck with your computer. So the resistor is what you need to fake out the computer
