wont start

its trying to start, but wont kick in. its not the battery or the fuel filter. what is next? glow plugs? injectors? i'm not sure where to go from here. any thoughts?

have you done anything recently to the vehicle?



cummins don't have glow plugs though, it has a heating grid which fortunately should never be a problem in Ca.

hi! the only thing i did to it recently was use fuel purchased from a junk yard. for that reason i thought maybe the problem was the fuel filter. i changed the fuel filter and it had alot of water in it and orange gunk. i noticed that the water in fuel sensor connected to the end of the filter was broken off. it gave me some trouble starting a couple of times, and then started up fine untill now. once i get it running i would love to ask you some questions about using biodiesel. like if there are parts that need to be changed out, rubber seals and such in pumps or anything like that.
