Paul, wont make any guaratnees about the KDP, but we should be able to do either the spring or the tach calibration. Both if we get lucky.
PM me if you want timing done, and whether you have verified TDC or not. The FSM tells how to find TDC (valve drop method). Look under timing pin replacement, with head on, or something to that effect. ALso, if you plan to do timing, bring a fresh fuel filter, as it is MUCH easier to remove the filter and stick the dial indicator in the pump that way.
On both my 92. 5 and my 91. 0, the standard 1/8" above stock took me to over 2. 0mm. Just a thought.
