Rec'd my 4 new Ranchos today. For those interested, the $100 rebate ends on 31 AUG.

Been using the old set for probably 12 yrs, one finally blew.

Details? Does it apply to the RS5000 series or just the pricey RS90000 series? If you buy online, how do you collect the rebate?

I just bought two RS5001 shocks for my son's K20 and still need two RS5112's and two RS5118's. Wasn't much more than two months ago I put new RS90000's on the front of the Dodge. I received no rebate info on any of them.

Mine are close to that age and still are fine. I thought that the Ranchos from back in the day had a lifetime warrantee... I wonder if I can find my receipt after this long:eek:

I paid $316 for 4- 9000XL's delivered, I expect to get a $100 rebate.

The older shocks I have do have a lifetime warranty, but it's been so long and I hear you have to send it in first. I blew mine out hauling my camper over some rough roads in NH, nearly lost a mud flap too! I found shock oil leaking on my driveway, so I went for another set of 4. With all the rework I do, someone will be getting a nice truck.

I'm going for a 2012 Ram, or more likey the GMC. Just waiting to see how this economy goes.....

Did all 4 shocks today, turns out I had two bad ones. They both rusted out at the top under the tie wrap that hold the red boot on. Pins holes present, every pump leaks oil.
