Also, check and make sure the manual kill lever is in the forward position. It's a little, spring loaded lever, about 2 inches long, on the side of the pump. If the spring has broken and it's partially rolled back, it will kill the fuel supply..... IIRC..... I think that kills the engine even with the electric solenoid disabled..... PM Cerebrusiam for exact details on that pump, he knows them forwards, backwards, and thrown through the window!!
My only other idea would be the KDP as suggested above, has fallen out and has broken either crank or cam... ...
