Guys,

On the side line reading and trying to learn, Kudo's to those trying to teach, hope everyone plays nice on the keyboard, or someone will be in TDR timeout, but I'm not a MOD, so have a nice day.

I got a kick out of the restricted use of YouTube, gotta have the link to get the view, interesting.

TC, since you choose not to receive PM's I'll continue to post in here...

I am not sure why you think I get my data from social networks? It's all direct from manufactures, most of which are based on industrial standards. If I am stating an opinion I ensure I make it known that it's my opinion. Just because you feel that data derived from a certain company is not factual doesn't make it not factual. I simply provide data that is derived first hand as fact, nothing more and nothing less (unless otherwise noted). It's hard to cloud facts, I don't blindly promote my thoughts, I promote factual data.

Your personal opinion often differs from this, but it's hard to argue certain facts. It's not an attack against you, just making everyone aware that you often promote your opinion as superior to fact, even when the differ. You have extensive knowledge of the CP3 and it's internal workings and even thou I have some disagreements with your opinions on other items I still routinely recognize you as the man to talk to about the CP3. It's not a personal attack, thou generally your comments turn it into one. You turn the conversation personal, which takes away from the actual conversation. IMHO this is nothing more than your attempt to steer the conversation away from the facts and to get your opinion to prevail via your reputation; which IMO only degrades your reputation more. If my findings are false then give me some hard data as to why, but you have yet to produce that data on anything I have challenged you on.

Sorry for the destruction of another thread, I tried a PM but that wasn't possible.

AD... You can call Me..... I am the most available vendor on the Net... I preferred to be called. . PMs just clutter up my emails. I am done commenting on any thread You Post on before Me ... If You post after me and it differ form MY experience Knowledge,I may post ,but most likely I will just let thread take its course.

I do not except block #s on any line. 763-228-7121 Or 612-805-4697 Construction Line 763-783-1385

(on edit) Its too easy to paste and change Emails or PMs, much translation is lost in typing... What I like the most about calling You can be Identified. You can be what you what to be... behind the Keyboard. the Net has lost its appeal to Many. . To Me its getting to be just wasted Time. . Forums are losing members Netwide. . Just to crunch #s last Year T&C Netted 300% increase incoming calls. . its by far the BEST means of communications.

When I posted that vid I didn't want people doing some kind of search for FD and finding it. It may give them the wrong perception about this product.

I think the video link is an attribute to the question and the research to a solution or answer, good job.

Friend of mine just replaced his FD with the original today and the noise is gone.

You know, I didn't notice the noise until it had been on there a few months. I just never found myself outside and in front of the truck until that time. Plus the truck gets very little use this time of year. Hopefully we'll hear something from Ivan tomorrow.

"Round girls"? I guess it depends, how round are they?

BTW, I exchanged emails with Ivan today. They are working hard on the issue and are enlisting the help some experienced engine builders from Scheid Diesel along with engineers and management from FD.
He also said that he will likely be contacting the affected people with a list of questions regarding their truck mods and details regarding conditions of the noise itself.

No, I think it was his attempt at the gouging out of his own eye's that did that. :-laf

Blast you Dog!!!!!! #@$%!

I just spit coffee all over my keyboard. Good thing it is washable. :-laf :-laf

If Nasty ever offers to bring girls, LOCK THE DOOR AND HIDE!!!!!!:eek:

Good day gentlemen,

Ivan with FD...

Just as Prairie Dog stated, I am requesting some information by any one who is affected by increased "noise" after installing their Fluidampr. Please email me at -- email address removed -- or PM me. Email would be better.

Please include the following

Name

Ph#

Year of engine

Modifications that have been done

When was Fluidampr purchased

Where was Fluidampr purchased

At which point did you notice the "noise"

Are you only hearing the noise at certain times- RPM's, engine warm or cold, etc.

Have you removed the FD or is it still installed

Any other questions or info you can provide if you feel I left any important issues out

We appreciate any info that you can provide. Anyone who provides info will be personally contacted by us and kept in the loop as we determine what the issues are.

Thank you!

-Ivan
