How do you do your TURKEY?

I have fried many turkeys the old way. Has anyone used the electric fryers you see at the Depot ?

WOW I forgot all about this thread! Been seeing the electric fryers. Got to be safer but maybe takes the manliness out. I nearly fried this year but wound up in the oven.

I brine the bird overnight then butterfly and put in an electric smoker (Bradley). Smoke and cook until done.
