Will that same Klown (aka Tech) pick up the repair tab in the event a warranty situation arises.....and is denied.....given the fact that the transmission was not maintained according to the maintenance schedule ?
Still just blows me away how some customers place their faith & trust in the hands of certain dealership staff.....and it simply falls through like sand through an hourglass.
Two things then happen.....a customers vehicle is not properly maintained and the dealership cuts their own throat by missing an opportunity for a legitimate sale of a service.
By the way....a 19mm socket, a drainpan, 8 quarts of your choice of fluid (either Mopar ASRC or Mobill 3309----will require about 7.2 quarts total) and about thirty minutes of your time and it is a DONE DEAL !!!!
A Tech stating a 30k AISIN service is not needed-----is right up there with a Tech saying theres no rear frame mounted separator on a 2013 & newer 2500 / 3500 CTD
