Crack in injector line #5

Intermittent starting issue

Aliexpress for 28 and change with free shipping. Shipping is slow though. Others advertise it but it's more expensive. Do a search using the part number ending in 64.

The installation is good, no leaks. I'm waiting for the 64 kit in order to use the wire. The wire in the 65 kit won't work on the 5.9 connectors. l like how the sensor is horizontal and if it all works l will leave the 65 sensor as is

Right now there are 3 of the #....64AA Kits available on Ebay.com, I ordered one for me.

...and several on Aliexpress.com

I'm going to use the mentioned banjobolt on the underside of the fuel filter canister instead of the one at the CP3 that is blocked by my Jacob's Pump.

Do not order the one from aliexpress. I ordered mine on Feb. 5th. It is shipped from china, so it is sitting somewhere in China waiting to be shipped. I'm not expecting it to ever get delivered.

Ozy: What mentioned banjo bolt are you referring to. The sensor in the 64 kit replaces the oem bolt. You shouldn't need the double bolt I used with the manifold in the 65 kit.

Yes exactly, I've seen the pics, I wanted to say I can just turn out the banjo bolt and turn in the sensor with two new seal washers.

I’ve bought parts for my cheap Chinese outboard that I found on eBay from aliexpress with no issues. They shipped my parts quickly. Hey I needed a 6 hp outboard for a sailboat I built Westmarine wanted almost $2800 eBay had this Hangki 6 hp copy of a Nissan for $480. It runs well has held up ok for 2 seasons now. Maintenance parts were all I needed and they shipped fast. Yea I am that cheap sometimes.

Got it!
...64AA as it was advertised.

My 2006 Dodge Ram 2500HD is equipped with a sensor in the engine mounted fuel filter that senses when there is water in the fuel. If there is sufficient water in the fuel an electrical signal is sent to the WIF light located in the instrument panel. If I understand this correctly, that signal has nothing to do with the warning light which is the item of discussion in this topic. If this is correct, adding this pressure sensor seems to me to be a valuable addition to our trucks, as it will give an early warning of a potentially different problem, that something should be done, and quite soon, maybe even before the WIF lights up. That will be a nice warning to have as both low fuel pressure and water in the fuel can do serious damage. In this situation, redundancy is good. But, I do not understand what this has to do with the Jake brake, which is on the other side of the engine, and no where near the engine mounted fuel filter. What am I missing?

The vacuum pump for the Jake is in the way, just above/aside of the CP3 where the (new) Sensor would be installed.
But like mentioned, it can be installed at the base of the Fuel filter bowl, same fuel line just other end of it.
